What is your return and shipping policy?

Refund/Return Policy: 

We accept returns for exchange or refund 365 calendar days after delivery of the product! We hope you will enjoy our LIFETIME RETURN POLICY. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • -must not be a special order or a custom order
  • -unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return  policy time period other than that 365 days noted in that item's  particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.


Please Note: Original sales receipt must accompany returns. REM number is needed for all returns. Please call Customer Service to receive the REM number for your return.



Shipping & Delivery Policy: 
Our shipping terms are: FOB Destination. We are happy to introduce our Free Shipping policy for any orders $500 and up delivered within the continental United States. Orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS ground service, Monday through Friday - excluding holidays; however, we reserve the right to ship products via any carrier. 

Other terms and conditions may apply for other than standard ground delivery ("Special Shipping Services"), including without limitation, expedited same day delivery, air freight, freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, customer's carrier, shipments outside the contiguous U.S. or other special handling by the carrier. Any charges incurred for Special Shipping Services must be paid by customer. Fuel surcharges may be applied. You may call our customer services department for available alternative shipping methods and costs. 

To avoid delayed deliveries and redelivery fees, please provide complete street addresses including suite numbers, company names (if applicable) and zip codes. Items that are returned to us, either for lack of correct shipping address, or recipient refusal can be re-shipped at extra shipping fees. Shipments refused by the customer without prior consent from Unovex will be billed to the customer. Packages that are forwarded via the carrier due to incorrect shipping addresses will incur a $25.00 address correction fee per address. 

In the event your order should arrive damaged, we will replace your order at no additional expense to you. If the order is damaged in shipping, you must save the contents and packaging materials for claims process. Shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable except in the case of damage by the shipping company.
